Kshipra Jain is Assistant Professor at Department of Economics, University of Rajasthan and currently on lien to pursue her research as Post-Doctoral Associate at Inequality and Human Development Program of School of Social Sciences at National Institute of Advanced Studies. She has obtained PhD in Development Studies from International Institute of Population Sciences, Mumbai in 2017. Being a double Masters in Economics and Population Studies, her teaching interests includes Econometrics, Development Economics, Demography and Health Economics. Her research work is primarily focused on gender studies, financial literacy, financial inclusion, health inequalities and ageing.

Dr. Jain is engaged in teaching various papers at the undergraduate and postgraduate level for students pursuing Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts in Economics at Department of Economics, University of Rajasthan since 2014. Majorly she has taught Demography and Health Economics at the Post-graduate level and Econometrics, Indian economy and Development Economics at the Undergraduate level.
Currently she is guiding two scholars for their Doctoral work.
